Lumbar support knob has broken three times and replaced by the dealer. However, when the knob breaks, sharp pieces are created and have sharp edges. The part is not readily available and will be unprotected until part is replaced. I have been scratched several times while exiting the vehicle. At least one time, deep enough to draw some blood. *nm
